The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) is toestablish the conditions of access, availability, and use of the Website.
The company FINE PROPERTIES MONTE CARLO S.A.M. (« FPMC SAM ») ishereinafter referred to as "the Company."
Any person who accesses the Website (hereinafter referred to as"User") by any means (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)acknowledges having read the GTCU and agrees to comply with them withoutreservation. Any User who refuses to comply with the GTCU must not use orbrowse the Website.
The description of offers (sales-rental), as well as plans, areas, andphotos, are provided for informational purposes only and their accuracy is notguaranteed.
The Company strives to update all data mentioned on this Website; however,the information and documents made available to the User are not contractual,and the Company reserves the right to modify the content of the Website at anytime and without notice, or even to temporarily or permanently discontinue allor part of the Website. No liability is incurred by the Company in thisrespect.

The Legal Notice and the GTCU are drafted in French. In the event they aretranslated into one or more languages, only the French text will be deemedauthentic in the event of a dispute.
The GTCU are subject to Monegasque law.
Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, or execution ofthese GTCU shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Monaco.This jurisdiction is valid notwithstanding the plurality of defendants orthird-party claims, even for emergency or protective proceedings, by summaryproceedings or by petition.
