As part of the Upper West Entrance Operation, a large-scale project located on the western border with France, the Monaco Government has entrusted FPMC with the mission of Global project manager for the public part of the Operation, including:
FPMC's mission covers all activities for a turn-key delivery of public works, ranging from the constitution and coordination of the project team (Architects, Design Offices, Control Office), relations with concessionaires (SMEG, MT, Smeaux, DAU) and Monegasque Services (DPUM, DAU, CIGM), all administrative and authorization procedures (building permits, various authorisations, etc.), management of interfaces with neighbours, analysis of the initial State program, advice and integration of specific lessee programs (SEGEM, La Poste, Public Security, etc.), contract award and management with the general contractor, works supervision and management of lessee modification works, preparation and reception management (OPR) and verification.

The only office space in the base of the l'Exotique private real estate program, spread over two levels, was sold “brut béton” by the developer. The owner entrusted FPMC with the overall fit-out of this space as a professional office, with the aim of creating a direct interior connection by elevator between the office levels and the private parking level in the building's basement.Working in close collaboration with the customer's architect/designer, FPMC was entrusted with the task of creating and implementing, for turnkey delivery:- on both levels, a work environment that fosters productivity, employee well-being and the image of the Customer's company, including a vast open and collaborative workspace, individual offices, meeting rooms, executive offices and their dedicated areas, as well as numerous convivial spaces.- an interior elevator connection to the basement parking level.
FPMC acted as the Customer's sole point of contact for all phases of the project, handling all administrative tasks (preparation and submission of the application for regulatory planning permission, liaison with the technical services, survey, taking out construction insurance, etc.), participating in the choice of materials, equipment and floating furniture, coordinating the teams (structural design office, acoustician, fluids, fire safety, etc.) and directing the work, which it entrusted to the general construction contractor ENGECO SAM, right through to delivery to the Customer. All within a budget and timeframe agreed with the Customer. In general, FPMC gives all instructions and does everything that is useful or necessary for the successful completion of the Project.

In the Jardin Exotique residential district, FPMC provided overall project management for the renovation and embellishment of a luxury duplex apartment.
The project arose from the owner's desire to create an additional bedroom in the apartment and to transform the terrace into a living space integrated into a fully landscaped area, with the creation of a pond, conducive to relaxation and conviviality.
FPMC managed this turnkey project, acting as a single point of contact for the owner and all subcontractors and contractors.
FPMC took charge of the entire project, from conception to delivery, handling all administrative formalities (building permits, selection and management of construction insurance, etc.), selecting and interfacing with the architect, and coordinating the teams, from project management to the general contractor (ENGECO SAM) appointed to carry out the work.
In addition to the aesthetic success of the work carried out, thanks to the acoustic studies carried out by FPMC in the condominium, it also met the absolute necessity of not generating any additional noise for the apartment and the residence, due to the construction of the pool overhanging another apartment.
The project was completed on budget and on schedule.

In the heart of Monaco, FPMC is acting as “general contractor”, taking charge of the customer's entire project, from design to final delivery.
The project involved demolishing the existing building (excluding the façade on Boulevard d'Italie, classified as “to be preserved” by regulations) and submitting a new building permit application for a larger, 12-storey mansion plus roof terrace, to be used exclusively for residential purposes, with highly luxurious fittings and finishes.
As the customer's sole contact, FPMC:
- works with the local architect (proposed by FPMC) and his team to ensure that the project complies with current Monegasque regulations,
- manages all administrative procedures and formalities (building permit applications, land occupancy, concessionaires, construction insurance, etc.),
- selects and coordinates the various service providers involved in the project (design offices, etc.), as well as all those working on site.
- entrusts the work to the general contractor ENGECO SAM, validates its subcontractors, and ensures that the work is carried out according to the rules of the trade and the defined schedule,
- manages costs and centralizes expenses on behalf of the customer,
