L'Exotique
Monaco

ALLURING, ECOSYSTEM, CHARMING

The natural weave of olive trees and exotic nature creates an intimate bond between man and landscape. A revolutionary interpretation of Monegasque architecture springs up from the encounter between Mediterranean culture and uncontaminated greenery. An extraordinarily ambitious urban planning construction project.

Architectural volumes vary in height and shape, reflecting the natural rocky landscape. An exotic paradise blooms along the slope, seamlessly following the ascent of the promontory on which the building stands. Traditional recollections of olde-worlde villages come together with more modern, dynamic and contemporary forms. The colours reflect a sophisticated aesthetic, a spirit de vivre of agreeable atmospheres.
The prestige and exclusivity of living in a unique building overlooking the Mediterranean and completely immersed in an exotic backdrop. A place where the frenzy of the city seems a long way off. A dreamlike and ethereal dimension captivates the senses.

Natural and exotic elements, just like works of poetry, have been harmoniously collected to narrate idylls.

There is calm, stillness and silence all around. In the distance the sound of the sea, the chirping of cicadas, the light sea breeze.

L’Exotique is an oasis, the ideal place for indulging in pleasant moments of relaxation gently caressed by the wind and warmed by the sun’s rays. A natural, open-air extension of the living area, the terraces, in different shapes and sizes, create an evocative architectural weave of sloping and sleek volumes. In praise of the surrounding nature, real hanging gardens seamlessly blend in with the park where the residence is immersed. Admire the blue shades of the sea, the green colours of exotic nature, and the shimmering lights of the Riviera from your window and terrace. A truly unique luxury.
